   Research

   Her dissertation research is focusing on treating storm water runoff by filtration to remove toxicants from critical source areas like parking lots, service stations, and maintenance yards.  She is examining the feasibility of filtration without sacrificing the public safety needs of draining water rapidly away from streets and parking lots.  She is studying under Dr. Bob Pitt, who is the Co-PI for UTCA project 00214.
